While the Redmi Note 12 Pro will come with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Both models are also tipped to sport dual rear cameras and an infrared scanner.

Earlier this month, a design for the Redmi Note S was leaked on Weibo which hinted at a waterdrop notch on the front display. However, it is not clear if this design is real or not.

Both the Redmi Note S and Redmi Note Pro are expected to feature SD652/A SoC with MIUI 10 out of the box.

They will also come in two storage variants 6GB + 64GB and 8GB + 256GB. On the camera front, the devices are rumoured to sport a 12MP rear camera with PDAF and an 8MP front shooter. Both will run on Android 9 Pie out of the box.

The Redmi Note Pro G is expected to have a similar specs list but with some key differences; for example, it is speculated that it will have a smaller 5.99-inchFull HD+ display instead of the 6.2-inch screen on the Note 12S.

It is also expected to have dual rear cameras instead of one primary camera like on the Note 12S.

As for the battery, it is still unknown if it will have the same capacity as the Note 12S or if Xiaomi has opted for a larger one (3750mAh). It too will come in Black, Blue, Green, Gold and Rose
